Assisted with the setting up a long term biological monitoring program in Chitwan National Park. This involved rapid assessment, flora surveys, vegetation community classification and mapping, the set up of long term monitoring systems and on-ground assessment and mapping of vegetation community condition including weed invasion (Mycamia sp).
Additionally, Natura Consulting provided training on vegetation mapping exercises to National Park staff and local university students, which is being used for subsequent years of the long term monitoring
program.
